Seven-time Monster Energy Series champion Jimmie Johnson is one victory away from tying Cale Yarborough on the all-time wins list.

Johnson currently has 82 race wins, with the last earned at Bristol Motor Speedway in April.

Over the course of 560 races, Yarborough earned 83 wins and three consecutive championships.

On the heels of a milestone, Johnson found the perfect way to commemorate his childhood hero.
