Dale Earnhardt, 3
All three of Earnhardt’s all-star wins came during championships years (1987, 1990, 1993). Nicknamed “The Pass in the Grass,” his first one was an instant classic where he was able to maintain the lead over Bill Elliott while sliding through the frontstretch grass.
Jeff Gordon, 3
Of Gordon’s three all-star race wins (1995, 1997, 2001), the 2001 victory was the most eventful.
A Lap 1 crash due to a wet track from light rain resulted in a crash involving Gordon, Jeff Burton and Michael Waltrip among others.
Since the track was not safe to race on when drivers took the green flag, NASCAR allowed the teams to pull out their backup cars during the weather delay.
Gordon beat the odds and drove his backup through the field to his final all-star race win.
Like Earnhardt, Gordon also went on to win the championship all three years.

Jimmie Johnson, 4
Home to his first Cup race in October 2001, Johnson has been the king at Charlotte Motor Speedway throughout his career.
Along with eight wins between the Coca-Cola 600 and the fall CMS event, the seven-time champion also has four all-star race victories to his credit (2003, 2006, 2012, 2013).
