From the time the No. 78 Furniture Row Racing Toyota was fast all weekend, as he was finally able to seal the deal with a win at Kansas after coming close on several prior occasions.

Friday, Blaney earned his first career pole in 65 Cup starts and punched his ticket to next year’s Advance Auto Parts Clash. Blaney went on to win Stage 2 and finish second in the race.

Kyle Busch
Last year, Busch won this race, but Joe Gibbs Racing has struggled as a team and he could not make it to Victory Lane. Still, Busch had good speed, earning his first stage win since Stage 1 in the Daytona 500.
